Quality Control & Shipping
All of the home accessories shown on our web site are shipped using
reputable shipping companies i.e. UPS, FED EX etc.
In all cases, purchased items are checked by Plantation / our suppliers
quality control departments for defects / damage prior to shipping. Once
passed this inspection, items are suitably packaged, sealed and shipped.
Please note; Plantation / our suppliers are not liable for damage or
loss during shipping, such matters are to be addressed direct with the
relevant shipping company.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order(s) this must be done with 7 days of
placing the order.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) Plantation will
gladly provide a credit, exchange or refund. However this will only be
provided upon the return of the purchased item(s) in the exact same
saleable condition that the item(s) were originally shipped. You must
include relevant sales order(s) and the item(s) must be returned with in
7 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted past the 7 day period.
Plantation Home Accessories is not responsible for the cost of any
return shipments, with no exceptions.
